Homes come in all shapes and sizes, which fit the families that live in them.  We offer many options that can be tailored to fit your specific needs.  Maybe you live in an older home, a new house, or even a house that has been renovated.  Our policies cover what you need (property and personal liability) and can also help cover other things like your personal property (jewelry and/or collectibles).  If you live in a condominium, we have a policy designed for you.  We also have policies for a house that you may rent out.
 

Renters Insurance

Do you rent a home or apartment?  Did you know your landlord’s insurance policy doesn’t cover your possessions or protect you from liability claims?  That is where our renter’s policies come in.  These can be made to fit your particular needs ranging from just your basic property and liability coverage to scheduling specific items.  Renters insurance can also help provide a history when you buy your first house down the line.
 

Mobile Home

Your home needs to fit your needs and lifestyle just like your homeowners insurance policy.  We have policies specifically for mobile homes and can be made to fit your needs.  In much the same way as our homeowners policies we cover your needs (property and personal liability) and can add other coverage options as well.
 

Farm

We live in the heart of the Midwest, with a large portion of our business serving the local farmer.  Do you have a hobby farm with a couple horses to enjoy a Saturday afternoon ride; or do you have a large confinement building for hogs?  We can help make sure your house, buildings, equipment and other farm related items are covered no matter the size of your operation.
 

Equipment Breakdown

As time has gone on many of the items in your home are now more sophisticated and valuable.  Your homeowners insurance should also be changing to help keep pace with changing risk.  Equipment Breakdown is a coverage that can help cover sudden and accidental electrical or mechanical breakdowns of many items around your home. (i.e. Furnaces, Air conditioners, well pumps, etc)

Liability is essential in today’s society.  We can provide you coverage for property damage and medical payments to others.  Liability issues are extensive and so is our coverage.
